ServCo is owned by Jason and DeAnna Knippel and our cleaners are all local, English speaking cleaners with a good work history and plenty of experience. We currently clean about a million square feet a night and have had many contracts for 15 years or more. Several of our cleaners have been with us since 1995! We take a personal, hands on approach to every job and you have our word that should you choose to do business with our company you will not be disappointed.
